REQUEST FOR
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Telecommunications Consultancy Team for Management Support In
Nigeria, West africa.
TELECOM ANSWERS
ASSOCIATES,
a telecommunications consultancy based in
Lagos, Nigeria
desires to go into collaboration with world-class team of experts to
offer Telecommunications Management Services for the Nigerian
market.
The nature of
expertise required for immediate purposes is that which can bailout
an operating but ailing public or private voice communications
services provider with moderate network capacity.
Although the
requirement is more of a preparation for future services, there is
an immediate case of a start-up firm which has flown into turbulent
weather just six months into its roll out of services. It is
expected that support services of this nature shall from time to
time be required as the telecommunications industry in
Nigeria
grows.
Today 26
operators are offering voice communications services under various
classes and categories of licenses.
About TELECOM
ANSWERS ASSOCIATES
TELECOM ANSWERS ASSOCIATES is 14 years into Telecommunications Consultancy. It
was conceived to, and has remained a compact but highly competent
firm which relies on harnessing top rated expertise, usually
purpose-built, for various portfolios. It offers services in
virtually all classes of telecommunications services but desires to
specialize in a few henceforth.
Among its early
major jobs included the Conception of a Management Structure for
and establishment of A Telecommunications Firm and the Study
into Telephone Mobile Service Market In Nigeria, commissioned by
the Nigerian Communications Commission in 1995 and which led
to the eventual choice of GSM system in Nigeria.
Although there is
a current bail-out support which our firm has been briefed on, it is
not envisaged that the proposed team would meet the urgency required
for immediate need except something delays the entire process of
choosing a Consultant for the subsisting brief. However, it is
envisaged that the prospect of making an immediate proposal for
other opportunities is very high and potent once a team is
identified and put in place.
TELECOM ANSWERS
ASSOCIATES
has a profile of its own which is available on demand. Its strength
is however built on the expertise and enterprise of its Managing
Partner who is the coordinator in all projects in which the firm
is principally involved. That is to say, as a corollary, that
TELECOM ANSWERS ASSOCIATES also goes into collaboration with
other experts as ‘minor’ or ‘sub’ to provide
consultancies. It is the firm which promoted the establishment of
THE EXECUTIVE CYBERSCHUUL, Nigeria’s premier Institute for
training in Telecommunications and Information Technology.
The profile of its
Managing Partner is available at
